Notice of Eligibility for Federal Programs

There are services available for students who qualify according to federal program guidelines under the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001, Public Law 107-110. These services include: (1) Title One, Part A to help improve student instruction to meet challenging state academic standards, (2) Title One, Part C to assist with migrant education, (3) Title One, part D to help with the education for identified homeless students, and (4) Title Three to provide assistance for students identified as English language learners.
